6. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers are subject to an SLA guaranteeing 99.99% uptime. Free and Pro tier services are provided on an "as is" basis without specific uptime guarantees.
7. Modifications to Service
Xccelerata may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
